A Make sure that LAN cable connects to the previously connected port.
You can connect it to NetClon equipment only when the client goes through normal PXE boot process.
If it connects to NetClon, it saves information on which port it connects to and later on, it can normally reconnect to the same port.

Otherwise, if it connects to a different port, it will not try to connect until you reboot because the saved information does not match.
When it is inserted into the same port, you should make sure that the server program is running

Or make sure that the LAN cables connected to NetClon equipment and Target PC are secure.

A NetClon supports both legacy and UEFI modes.
At booting, target PC downloads files from NetClon. Then, a difference occurs in download speed.
Compared to the legacy mode, the files to be downloaded are bigger in UEFI mode.
In general, a difference of 1 minute and 30 minutes occurs.
For fast booting, legacy mode is recommended.
A When any network driver is not installed in relevant Target PC, you may use by booting with a USB.
You can make a booting USB by using [Create] button in the column of [Settings] > [Environment] > [PXE Manager] of NetClon.
For more information, you may refer to 6-3. PXE Manager of NetClon manual.
A Since BIOS setup menus vary depending on the mainboard manufacturer of a client, you may want to refer to the manual from the manufacturer for your information.
The settings to apply in common are: to switch PXE boot setting to Enable, and to change the network adaptor to first for boot priority.
For boot methods, it supports both Legacy and UEFI, so that you are not required to change boot method for PXE boot.
A NetClon consists of the main power switch which supplies power, and the system boot switch for booting the equipment.
To boot the equipment, you should turn the main power switch ON, and then activate the system boot switch.
If power is not on even after boot switch action, you should check the power related portion as below:

STEP 1. Check the connection status of the power cable on NetClon.
STEP 2. Check that the main power switch of NetClon is in < | > status.
STEP 3. Please, contact the distributor or retailer if NetClon cannot be booted while these two instructions are followed as desired.
A Sector Copy is a function for cloning the entire disks including empty space of Master Disk into Target Disk and it clones into the fully same location of Master Disk Sector.
So, you cannot use Partition Resize option.
If the size of Target Disk is bigger while cloning, the empty space (No Resize) will remain by the difference.
A DiskClon deals with HDD error which decreases the cloning speed seriously.
However, the work of DiskClon itself may stop depending on the kind of error.
If DiskClon stops while cloning for the reason of defective HDD, you must change the HDD and try again.
A DiskClon clones HDD by using Raid Card and there are cases where the Raid Card fails to recognize disks when it clones certain SSD.

Check the condition of SAS cable connection.

You must connect the port which fails to recognize hard disk with other hard disk recognizing a hard disk well (including sas cable).

When the port cannot recognize the hard disk even after being connected with other hard disks, please contact the place where you purchased it.
