A 910 error message occurs when a hard disk for backup has any bad sector.
NetClon is intended not to be able to back up or clone it to a hard which has a bad sector.
Please, use other source disk and then try again.
A Check that there exists any backup file with the same name on the server yet.
Alternatively, please check that when you fill in the image name to back up, the extension name (.WCL) is missing.
A Cancel button does not terminate the currently running clone task, but it stops Multi Image Clone task.
In other words, the Target PC that begins to connect after pressing the button will not be cloned.
In addition, the clone task for the Target PCs connected already cannot be cancelled by NetClon, but you may force shutdown the client by means of Reboot or Shutdown menu.
A Settings in [Select Backup Image] are saved temporarily only before NetClon ends.
If you use this image setting consistently, please press [Select Backup Image] > [Save as CSV] button to save it.
For more information, you may refer to 3-2-2. Multi Image Clon of Manual.
A [STEP 1]
Make sure that all the files were copied.
The backed up images from DiskClon has only WCL file format, while the backed up images from NetClon are generated as WHD files in addition to the WCL files.
Also, if the capacity of a source image is large, it gets split for backup and additional backup files starting from W01 are generated together.
Without a related backup file, clone cannot be performed normally.

[STEP 2]
Make sure that the path used to copy an image is correct, and if the path has changed, please follow these instructions:
① At your discretion, move an image to the root location of D:\FTPRoot folder.
② Change the path for [Settings] > [Environment] > [Image Root Folder] item on NetClon to an existing path.
A [STEP 1]
Make sure that the disk information for the Target PC displays correctly on NetClon screen.
If not OK, please check for the disk connection on Target PC.

[STEP 2]
Check the source disk size of the cloning image and the disk of Target PC.
If the source disk of an image to clone is larger in capacity than the target disk, clone cannot be completed normally.
Similar with DiskClon, for NetClon also, 50% of the last partition on the source disk should be less than the size of the last partition of the target disk to complete cloning correctly.
Make sure that you should connect the same or larger capacity of disk compared to the source disk to check for cloning.

[STEP 3]
Make sure that [Target Disk] item under [Settings] menu is set to Disk 0.
If only one disk is connected, please check if NetClon [Settings] > [Environment] > [Target Disk] on NetClon is set to the other value than Disk 0.
If two disks are connected, you should also check that it is set to Disk 0 or Disk 1.
A If [Settings] > [Options] > [Auto Shutdown] option for NetClon is enabled, then the related client will turn off automatically after completing backup, clone, or delete actions.
If this option is disabled, please check for a monitor or the power cables for the client.
A Make sure that the disk(s) connected to Target PC is (are) recognized correctly.
On backup, if they are recognized OK, their backup will be performed OK.
If there occurs an error immediately after backup starts, it can be known that HDD is not recognized correctly due to hard fault or a SATA cable problem.
Please, turn off the Target PC, connect the hard correctly, and then try again.
If you cannot see any information from the server while HDD is recognized OK, then please make sure that [Target Disk] item under [Settings] menu on Target PC is set to 0.
A In the case that you deleted any file under D:\MCast accidentally, please contact the distributor or retailer.
Note that it is impossible to restore the backup images located in D:\FTPRoot or other paths.
A If Windows for NetClon equipment is broken and it cannot boot, you can restore to its initial state by using the built-in WinClon.

[STEP 1]
Reboot NetClon equipment, and ‘F11 to Recovery Zone…’ message displays, and then press F11 key.
